As we all know that good sex life is strongly influenced by overall health, so if someone has a good level of fitness then sexual life would be good also.



Cardio exercise can help a person survive much longer in bed, because this exercise to improve and strengthen stamina as strengthen the heart, increases lung capacity and muscle.
